It means that your company’s business model has to be reviewed to make sure there are no major obstacles to have it transposed to Europe.
It is very rare that a simple copy/paste pattern would work. Usually some basic changes and adaptations are needed to make sure your customer segment is going to understand the value proposition of your company, and the benefits he will get.

While Offer evaluation is a close study of your offer and its accuracy to the local market you are targeting, Studies refers to something wider, where your potential marketplace and competitors are carefully studied in both micro and macro economic view. Your offer is then replace in the market context, including its possible modification and tuning suggested by MAKE IT LOCAL in the evaluation process.

Your company’s future on the local market is evaluated with these two types of analysis.
It is important for MAKE IT LOCAL to point at relevant issues from the very beginning. Bringing the wrong offer to the marketplace would come out as a failure for both MAKE IT LOCAL and its customer.

After having studied the potential positioning of your offer on the targeted market MAKE IT LOCAL is suggesting you with a “ROUTE” to business.
This “ROUTE” is a mix of proposals, ideas, analysis, leading to an actual action plan. We could call it your business plan for your targeted local market. But as there are some aspects that are not compulsory to fulfill thanks to the MAKE IT LOCAL set of services, we may keep calling it YOUR ACTION PLAN.
