Document sans titre

The local language is the only language that your potential customer will thoroughly understand and create the most comfortable environment.
This is important even before introducing tough technical documentation, contracts, etc…

Localization is a very serious part of your success worldwide.
This is a set of standards that must be met. Any service or product being sold must be translatable or adaptable to the target market in the local language.
This step involves highly professional and experienced team.
MAKE IT LOCAL has selected partners which references and history as major actors in the field.

All along the process and when proof reading, MAKE IT LOCAL will bring its experience to make sure the delivery is corresponding to what has been agreed and what the market needs.

Sales documents
“The Sale” is a crucial moment.
You must be understood. You only get one chance to make a good impression.

We recommend talking with MAKE IT LOCAL team when entering this phase.
It is important to make a choice among your datas and documents, and decide what needs to be localized first.
This phase includes both paper and electronic documents; leaflets, electronic presentation, brochure, PDF files…

Website
For sure, your website needs to be able to present your offer in the local language.
No translation software is capable of doing accurate presentation of your offer on web pages. Most of the time, this software translation looks really ridiculous as expressions and gimmicks are often poorly or amusingly translated.

Product / Software
It may not be compulsory to localize the full range of product or software that you are currently offering to your market. This would depend on your expansion plans.
It would be advantageous if your demo version was already translated appropriately into the local language.
This step needs to be monitored closely to achieve the best possible positive perception.

Customer support
Your customer doesn’t vanish after paying the bill.
Customer follow up must also be local.
This includes hotline phone service at appropriate hours.
